Jönköping · Autumn group underway
A 12-week programme combining running, strength and yin yoga into one cohesive training system. Your body should feel supple and restored after each session — not worn out.
The Concept
RunReset is not running, strength and yin yoga placed side by side — it is running, strength and yin yoga designed as a whole, where each part strengthens the others.
Structured running sessions adapted to your level. We work on technique, endurance and pace in natural environments around Munksjön, Rocksjön and Vätterstranden.
Functional strength training specifically for runners — exercises that build the stability and power you need to run smarter and avoid injury.
Yin yoga as active recovery. Soft, deep poses that increase flexibility and give your body and mind the space they need to heal and recharge.
The Programme
Each session combines running, strength and yin yoga in one cohesive workout. You choose your level — we make sure everyone fits.
Levels
The pace is adapted so beginners and experienced runners can train side by side. Choose the entry point that suits you.
The Team
We live what we teach — a level of credibility that a gym with employed instructors rarely matches.
Yin yoga instructor with a focus on health, wellbeing and mindset. Mia is responsible for the yoga content in RunReset and creates the balance between movement and recovery that is at the heart of the concept.
Triathlete and long-distance runner with deep knowledge of running technique and swimrun. Johan coaches running and ensures every session is technically considered, giving you tools to run smarter. He has together with Hanna designed the 12 running sessions.
Long-distance runner, running technique coach and strength training instructor for runners. Hanna and Johan have designed the 12 running sessions and strength exercises that form the backbone of the RunReset programme.
